Russian Troops will Provide Security to All U.S. Events

Washington, D.C. - An agreement signed an agreement with FEMA last week between President Obama and Russia on June 25th at the 17th Joint U.S. and Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations, agreed to allow Russian Troops on U.S. soil to provide 'security' to all 'mass U.S. events'.  The announcement was made by the Ministry of Russian Federation for Civil and Defense Emergencies.   The administration explained how it would be easier to control in case of an emergency crisis.  Others consider how the Russia Troops will operate with U.S. military forces.  The meeting concluded that US and Russian emergency authorities, will cooperate to respond in times of disaster. Russian President Vladimir Putin is currently having meetings with the U.S. on the conditions of Israel.

Russian soilders were also included in the anti-terror training drill held in Fort Cason, Colorado.  In the United States it is against federal law for US troops to police patrol mentioned by Posse Comitatus, Capt. William of the U.S. Army Reserve.  The U.S. also allowed intergrated training with other international forces as well as a plan to stop "insurgents" or terrorists.  Ever sense the release of the State Department Publication 7277 act, the treaty of US and Russian forces by United Nations, the decision has gravely concerned U.S. citizens considering the past relations with Russia agains U.S. allies acknowledging all possibilities if Russian forces would abide to U.S. compliances.
