British King George Alexander Louis Official

LONDON (CNN) - After much contemplating of the baby names from Leo to James, Prince William and Kate Middleton decides to finally name their newborn baby as George Alexander Louis.   We know of many facets of George from George Washington, George Clooney, to Boy George.

Actually, the baby name branches from the Queen Elizabeths father, ancestor King George VI, whom reigned for 16 years. The name George actual meaning means "farmer" or "worker of the earth." George is a well known as a strong name and many times has been carried by those in leadership.

The baby's middle name Alexander (Alexandros) means "Conquerer" or "Defender of Men." As we recall, "Alexander the Great of Macedonia" who reigned around 356-323 B.C. He almost conquered the world until his death at 32.

Louis was the first name of Lord Mountbatten and was the uncle of King George VI. In 1979, He was murdered by the IRA.  With the Louis name incorporated I hope he's not hot headed like Louis XIV of France guillotined all the French rebels. The name Louis comes from the germanic name Ludwig.  Louis XIV, the Sun King, hailed France from 1643 til 1715. Louis means "renowned warrior." He conquered many monarchies and resided in the Palace of Versailles.   He was executed by revolutionist in 1793.
